HOW YOU PAY FOR THE SERVICE: |
- You
only pay for calling through to one of the just callthrough access
numbers at the rate per minute applicable to your destination,
Charging starts when you hear the prompt.
- Per
second billing (NO minimum charge).
- The
callthrough will be charged to your normal phone bill by your
service provider - there's no separate charge to worry about.
BUT do check carefully what you will be charged to dial an 0844
no. if using a mobile network or provider other than BT.
- Your
bill will show, for example, if you were calling through to China
in the evening, that you just phoned 0844 975 0202,
for10 minutes at a cost of 10p. Discrete isn't it? Remember
to use 00 prefix and the country code - even for UK numbers.
- Charging
starts when you hear the prompt. We show the lowest access number
charge currently available per destination, but higher value access
numbers will also connect to the chosen destination
- All
prices include UK VAT.
ARE
THE CHARGES FAIR ?
The
easy-callthrough service is one of the fairest ways of making calls,
because charges are based upon one second billing. Some callthrough
services are unfair in that they promote false "ringtones"
to a destination which gives the impression to the caller that their
number is ringing out: when in fact the receiving phone has not yet
been connected to. In this way, the caller is kept without a connection
for longer than should be the case. The easy-callthrough service does
not operate in this way.
WHAT WE GET OUT OF IT
We receive part of the cost of the call from the supplier.
